AGC and WSDOT are pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 Partnership for Excellence in Contract Administration Awards. This annual program highlights outstanding projects across Washington and celebrates the collaborative teams who deliver them.
Nomination Process
The application process remains the same as last year and offers flexibility for submitters:
- Address any one of the four award criteria (no need to cover all).
- Submit a 1–2-page narrative describing the project’s success.
- Upload 15–30 project photos and video clips, easily submitted via Dropbox.
Each nomination is a chance to spotlight your project’s achievements and recognize the individuals and teams who made it possible.
Recognition and Awards
All nominated projects will be featured in a video presentation during the AGC-WSDOT Annual Meeting on January 8, 2026, where award winners will be announced. Winners will also receive a plaque and a photo print commemorating their project.

If a project comes to mind, download and complete the nomination form, then submit it electronically following the provided instructions. Visit the Partnership for Excellence in Contract Administration Awards website (scroll about a quarter of the way down the Partnering Page) for details.

Mark your calendars for the 2026 AGC-WSDOT Annual Meeting on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport – Southcenter.
