Construction Leadership Council (CLC)

AGC’s Construction Leadership Council develops the next generation of construction leaders through education, philanthropy and social efforts to ensure the future success of our industry.

Washington's construction industry continues to flourish with the help of strong leadership and the AGC of Washington.

To ensure an equally successful future, it is important for our next generation of leaders to develop and prepare themselves for the future challenges of the industry. AGC of Washington recognized the need for a forum that focuses on next-generation leaders, and provides an avenue to their involvement with the AGC. In 2007, AGC’s Future Leadership Forum (FLF) was created and, in 2017, became the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) to align itself with AGC of America.
