Help improve L&I’s certified-payroll reporting system – The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries is asking for your help to improve their certified-payroll system. We highly encourage you to complete their survey.

Since January 1, 2020, all businesses working on public-works projects must submit weekly certified-payroll reports at least once a month using L&I’s online system, per RCW 39.12.120(2). Your feedback is important to help L&I make it easier for users of the online system to report weekly certified payrolls each month.
