Take a seven-minute survey to help improve L&I’s Certified Payroll System

Beginning January 1, 2020, all businesses are required to submit certified payroll reports at least once a month to L&I using our online system. Last month, the legislature passed Senate Bill 5035, adding this new requirement to the Prevailing Wages on Public Works law (SB 5035 - Section 5).
