CWD’s Kicking Up Our Heels event is a celebration as part of International Women’s Day festivities. Each year, CWD heads to Olympia to the Governor’s Mansion where they take time to honor women making great strides in advancing other women in the State of Washington with their Kicking Up Our Heels award. Munro was honored as one of CWD’s 2016 Women of the Year, described as “an accomplished construction guru now orchestrating one of the biggest booms in our state history.”
