L&I: “Access Denied” error and solution for prevailing-wage customers

Many customers who file Intents & Affidavits are running into an “Access Denied” error after they log into My L&I and then select the link to “File a Prevailing Wage Intent or Affidavit.” Multiple customers then reach a screen that states that their access is denied. There is a simple solution that seems to work for most customers who reach this error page.

If you reach the Access Denied screen, move your cursor to the top of the page. You will see a small padlock icon and the text Prevailing Wage Intent & Affidavit to the left side where your name is displayed. Click on the small padlock icon. This should refresh the page to a “Disclaimer” screen, where you may click Accept and reach the Contractor Dashboard.
