Feedback sought on construction paid sick-leave administrative policies – L&I is holding a virtual feedback session this Thursday, Oct. 10, at 11:00 a.m. regarding draft administrative policies for the Construction Industry Paid Sick Leave Requirements.
Note that this feedback session will include discussion on the sick-leave policy as well as two others, Minimum Wage Act Applicability and Frequently Asked Questions About the Family Care Act.
The Thursday feedback session is your opportunity to comment on drafts to update three administrative policies and one new administrative policy. You can attend the session by computer or by calling 253.215.8782; the meeting ID is 652 752 0957.
L&I is accepting comments on the draft policies until the close of business Oct. 18.
