Our industry has a strong tradition of promoting from within, and this serves us well for many reasons, but one area we struggle with is equipping our people with the right leadership tools as we promote them.

This two-hour session focuses on each individual’s attitude, communication styles and leadership skills, and how they make an impact on the culture of your organization. This insightful session is for anyone in a leadership capacity, from field leaders to upper management. We will arm attendees with tools to help them be successful in creating and maintaining a Culture of CARE.

AGC of Washington Event Cancellation Policy

All transfers or cancellations must be received 3 business days prior to the event start date to avoid forfeiting 100% of the event fee. To clarify, if the event is on Tuesday, you must cancel the Wednesday of the preceding week by 5pm.
