This presentation will highlight the new rules that contractors must comply with for the Dept. of Revenue’s Reseller Permit which will go into effect Jan. 1 2010. In early September the Dept. of Revenue will start mailing information regarding the new permit to businesses. Dept. of Revenue staff and expert AGC members will discuss the impacts of the new permit and answer your questions.
