The LOTT Clean Water Alliance Regional Services Center in Olympia built by Korsmo Construction was awarded the Grand Prize from the Sustainable Buildings Industry Council’s Beyond Green High-Performance Building program recognizing initiatives that influence the high-performance building market and the application of design and construction that are required. In addition AIA named the building as one of its 2011 Top Ten Green Projects.
