Sponsors should arrive between 11:30 am and 12:00 pm (no later than 12:00 pm) and should be completely set-up at their hole locations by the shotgun start time of 1:00 pm. Please be sure to check-in when you arrive. Every hole sponsor has a tent, table, two chairs. Some hole sponsors have golf carts assigned to them; others, closer to the club house, will be able to park their vehicles near their booth on the tee box . Volunteers at registration will show you where to pick-up your cart when you check-in. Club staff will direct you where to go on the course if you have a cart and escorting those driving their vehicles to their tee boxes. We strongly request that sponsors adhere to the club’s dress code policy – no denim, collared shirts only. Boxed lunches will be delivered to each hole sponsor by club staff.

Many of our sponsors are holding business-card drawings, so please be sure to bring business cards with you!

Carpooling is encouraged wherever possible. We have a full course of players as well as many representatives from our sponsors, so parking will be limited.

The format for golfing will remain the same as with previous tournaments: a shotgun start with a “scramble” format. The shotgun will start promptly at 1:00 pm. All golfers must be at their assigned golf carts and ready to begin at that time.

Prior to the tournament, there is a Mega-Putt contest ($10 per player). All players who purchased tickets to the Mega-Putt contest will need to present their pre-paid ticket to the staff at Hole #18. Participants will form a circle around a hole at 12:45 pm. All players will putt their balls toward the hole. The winner is the player who sinks their ball in the hole. The winner of the Mega-Putt contest will take home a trophy and win a Premium Golfer Kit.

Other contests during the tournament include a Hole-in-One on hole #13, where the prize is a Chevy Silverado, a Closest-to-the-Pin on holes #7 and #10 and Longest Drive Contest on hole #12. There will be a mens’ and womens’ winner on holes #7, #10 & #12 who will each win a $100 gift certificate.

We’ve brought back the popular Golfer’s Package with a cost of $60 per golfer ($6 discount,) which includes two mulligans, Mega-Putt entry, three raffle tickets and three drink tickets (golfers receive two drink tickets upon check-in — these are additional tickets), a sleeve of AGC balls and tees.

PLEASE NOTE: The tournament will not be followed by a reception or awards dinner. All alcohol sales and bartenders at tee boxes will stop serving following the 13th hole played or 4:30 pm; whichever comes first. Non-alcoholic beverages will still be available.

CANCELATION POLICY: There will be no cancelations or refunds.

Note: 25% of tournament proceeds go to support AGC’s BUILD PAC.s #7
