AGC Education Foundation Class Registration Policies

Please enter all information carefully. It will be used, as entered, on all correspondence, including confirmations and certificates. All information will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be distributed outside our organization.

Registration Policy: Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. To assure prompt and accurate registration, please fill out the registration forms completely, including the course number, course dates, and title. Payment and a reservation form must be received to hold a place in class. The AGC Education Foundation will accept fax reservations as long as payment is received 7 days prior to the start date of the class. Credit card payment may be faxed.

Confirmations: We make every effort to confirm the participant’s place in class by emailing or faxing a printed confirmation to the participant; however, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact the Foundation if the participant is unclear about their confirmation status. The Foundation reserves the right to change class locations as necessitated by class size or other circumstances.

Refund Policy: If written cancellation is received prior to five (5) business days before the class, registrants will have a $25 refund fee deducted from their refund. If the cancellation is received after five (5) business days before the class starts, they will not receive any refund. Class funds may be reapplied to a new class a maximum of 2 times – changes must be made five (5) business days prior to the start of the original class date.
