OSHA 10 HOUR | FIRST AID/CPR
OSHA 10-Hour
The OSHA 10-Hour Training Course is designed to provide construction contractors, their supervisors, and workers, with authoritative knowledge on safety and health issues in the construction industry. It offers an educational overview of the ten most common areas of concern. OSHA 10-Hour Training is not considered an exhaustive treatment of all safety and health issues related to the construction industry. The instructors for this course will include Safety Professionals working for AGC Member companies. The topics will include the following:
- Fall Protection
- Trenching & Excavation
- Electrical Safety
- Scaffolding
- Confined Space
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Tools - Hand & Power
- Fire Protection & Prevention
- Hazard Communication

First Aid/CPR
The Safety Department offers four-hour First Aid/CPR classes to members several times each month in varying locations, including Bellingham, Everett, Tacoma and Seattle offices. Participants receive a certification card valid for two years as required by the Industrial Safety & Health Division of the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.
Private classes are also available for groups of ten or more at the location of your choice.
