Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL)
Construction Stormwater General Permit requires that, as of
October 1, 2006, all site inspections must be completed by a Dept.
of Ecology Certified CESCL. Your AGC Education Foundation has
added more classes, and we will continue to keep up with demand to
