Qualified Bidders Sought for Project at AGC Building

AGC plans a major renovation project at the AGC Building in Seattle with construction scheduled to start early summer of next year. The project involves the installation of a waterproof membrane, asphalt overlay and miscellaneous structural work on the parking deck that fronts the Starbuck drive through.

Project requirements will necessitate that interested bidders will have to meet certain pre-qualifications in order to be eligible to bid on project.

Required construction permits should be issued by the City of Seattle in September.

AGC Property Committee is hopes to have contractor selection and associated contract requirements approved this fall.
