Strike/Dual Gate Resources
Procedures for Establishing a Dual Gate System.
Defines the procedure under the National Labor Relations Act which isolates a disputing union and employer, thereby allowing other neutral contractors to continue working. AGC of Washington members may purchase printed dual gate signs for $16 plus tax for the pair at the Seattle AGC office: 1200 Westlake Ave. N., Suite 301. Contact Penny Schmitt at 206.284.0061.
