The Annual AGC Build Washington Awards recognize the industry's best! The Build Washington Awards recognize the professional excellence and community commitment of AGC member firms. Every spring AGC members have the opportunity to submit projects for awards’ consideration by a panel of construction industry experts. Awards are presented annually at the Build Washington Awards Evening of Celebration, the industry’s premier recognition event, and winners receive significant publicity.
Awards are presented in these categories:
Construction Excellence Awards recognize the innovation, quality and expertise of AGC member contractors. All award winning projects will include awards for contractor, designer and owner.
NEW! Outstanding Subcontactor Performance Award recognizes the teamwork and collaboration necessary to make construction projects successful.
Safety Excellence Awards recognize the innovation and achievements of company safety programs.
NEW! Safety Professional of the Year Award recognizes the safety professional from among the Safety Excellence award winning firms who has delivered exceptional safety results with extraordinary contributions to the advancement of safety.
Project Manager of the Year Award recognizes the project manager from among the Construction Excellence winners who has shown superior skill and creativity in bringing a complex project to completion.
Superintendent of the Year Award recognizes the superintendent from among the Safety Excellence winners who has delivered exceptional safety results with innovative approaches to worker safety.
Technology Excellence Award recognizes either company-specific or project-specific innovative applications of technology.
The AGC-Moss Adams Service to the Community Award recognizes the generous giving nature of AGC members who go above and beyond to support the communities in which they live and work.
