KEYNOTE SPEAKER JOLIE RHINEHART

Jolie Rhinehart is the manager of Phillips 66 refinery in Ferndale, Washington. A chemical engineer, Rhinehart has 18 years of experience in a variety of refining roles. As the refinery’s top executive, Jolie is an accomplished leader in an industry where she is responsible for the profitability and highest safety standards for employees and the many contractors who support the refinery.

Jolie will give an inspiring keynote on the leadership principles she has learned through her passion for rock-climbing. She will draw the parallels between what it takes to navigate a perilous climb and the work she does in an industry where, on any given day, a million things could go wrong.
